Terms of Service

By accessing or using TempMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users.

TempMail is provided for legitimate personal uses such as verifying third-party signups, testing your own software, and reducing inbox spam. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send, solicit, or facilitate the sending of spam, phishing, malware, or illegal content.
• Harass, defame, or impersonate any person or organization.
• Bypass security controls, authentication requirements, or fraud-prevention systems in ways that violate applicable law or a third party's terms of service.
• Attempt to automate, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that affect availability for other users.

Do not rely on TempMail for accounts you actually care about. The inbox is disposable by design — if you lose access to the address, we cannot recover your messages.

Email delivery is handled by the mail.tm public API. Your use of TempMail is therefore also subject to mail.tm's terms of service. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or message handling decisions made by the upstream provider.

TempMail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TempMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TempMail after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
